You do make me laugh. 'December Me' has twice bought heavily reduced turkeys from Waitrose on Christmas Eve and cooked them at Easter. The Covid year where we couldn't meet at Christmas, saw me cooking a Christmas pudding at Easter too. It blew MiL's mind , but it seemed fitting. Plus, growing up, my late mum always made two Christmas puddings, one for Christmas and one for Easter so it was like reviving a tradition. Enjoy!

Ha! I love that! And I really wish December me had thought to buy a turkey & freeze it, bc April me is bracing herself for the ££££ at the butchers 😅😆😆
